About Us

DSAK Group of Companies, established in 2019, is a 100% Bumiputera-owned company specializing in a wide range of industries and services. Initially founded as a commodity wholesaler, the company has since expanded its portfolio to include project management consultancy, aircraft and logistics services, haulage and vessel services, and the supply of military equipment, textiles, and mining products.

Additionally, DSAK Group is a prominent supplier of canned and packaged foods, sugar and poultry, and various provisions, including oil and gas products. The company proudly serves government-funded boarding schools, the Malaysian Armed Forces’ retail network, and numerous cooperatives.

With a steadfast commitment to excellence, DSAK Group aims to become a leading and reputable supplier of food, provisions, and specialized military equipments, aircraft services and oil and gas in Asia and internationally.

YANG MULIA DATO’ SERI CAPT. (R) KAMARUDIN KUMARAVEL BIN ABDULLAH

Yang Mulia (YM) Dato’ Seri Capt. (R) Kamarudin bin Abdullah (JP) was born in 1967 in the district of Kuala Selangor, Selangor. In 1981, he joined the Army Apprentice school and he was commissioned into the Royal Intelligent Corps (KRD) in 1983. In year 1985, he joined the Senior Management of Armed Forces. In 2016, YM Dato’ Seri Kamarudin became a well known successful businessman and true entrepreneur with a feisty demeanour. He is determined to set targets and to achieve them creatively.

She is an exco member of The Malaysia Association of Research Managers and Administrators (MyRMA) and is the national representative at the International Professional Recognition Council (IPRC). She is also the Vice Chairman of the Pertubuhan Cendekiawan Ulung, alumni of the Malaysia King’s Scholars. In 2024 she joins the DSAK GROUP OF COMPANIES as its President.

Dr. John Leo, born in 1966, is a seasoned executive with extensive top management experience across multinational corporations in Singapore, China, Vietnam, India, Korea, Qatar, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt. He worked as CEO, COO, Group General Manager, Business Development Director, and Project Director. Renowned for his strategic acumen and cross-cultural leadership, Dr. Leo has driven business growth, managed complex projects, and built high-performing teams, leaving a legacy of excellence in global corporate leadership.

He Prepared and submitted flight plans to air traffic control. Communicate with air traffic control over the aircraft’s radio system. Operate and control aircraft along planned routes and during take offs and landings. Monitor engines, fuel consumption, another aircraft systems during flight. Served as a Captain and First Officer on EMB-170/175.
